Inter Milan Strengthens Financial Position Through Player Sales

Over the past 24 hours, Inter Milan has successfully completed two significant outgoing transfers: Aleksandar Stankovic to Club Brugge and Tajon Buchanan to Villarreal. 

These deals have brought in approximately €20 million in fresh funds, which the club now intends to allocate toward enhancing their bid for Lookman.

Previously, Inter’s offer for the Atalanta forward had reached €40 million. With the additional capital now at their disposal, the Milanese club is preparing to raise the proposal further, aiming to meet Atalanta’s financial expectations more closely.

Final Offer Expected to Seal the Deal

Sources indicate that a final agreement could be reached if Inter submits a revised offer totaling €45 million, supplemented by an additional €5 million in performance-related bonuses. However, the financial terms are only part of the equation.

Equally crucial is the deadline set by Inter Milan. The club has made it clear that they will not allow negotiations to extend beyond July 31. 

This makes the window between July 28 and July 30 a critical period in which the fate of the transfer may be decided. The coming days are therefore expected to draw increased attention from both fans and media.
